Processos colaborativos na docência em prol do sucesso escolar dos alunos

Abstract

No mundo atual, a colaboração, nomeadamente o trabalho em equipa, é uma das competências mais requisitadas, senão a primeira, do mundo laboral. Logo, no âmbito da Educação, esta mesma competência torna-se também fundamental para o sucesso educativo de cada aluno, para o desenvolvimento profissional docente, assim como de cada instituição escolar. Contudo, esta prática colaborativa não se pode caracterizar meramente por conversas (in)formais mas exige o envolvimento de muitas outras variáveis, como, por exemplo, o ensino em equipa/parceria, a planificação em colaboração ou momentos de reflexão em pares para que o enfoque destas práticas providencie aprendizagens significativas em cada aluno. Com a presente investigação, pretendemos essencialmente compreender e descrever a relação existente entre promoção de aprendizagens bem-sucedidas e trabalho colaborativo docente, oferecendo especial ênfase à observação de práticas pedagógicas colaborativas e às perceções de alunos do 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico quanto às ações colaborativas dos seus professores. Os resultados obtidos evidenciam que o trabalho colaborativo entre docentes influencia positivamente em prol do sucesso escolar dos alunos.

In today's world, collaboration, mainly teamwork, is one of the most requested skills, if not the first, of the working world. Therefore, in the context of education, this same competence becomes too fundamental to the educational success of every student, teacher for the professional development of teacher, as well as each school institution. However, this collaborative practice cannot characterize only for formal talks but requires the involvement of many other variables, such as, for example, teaching as a team/partnership, collaborative planning or moments of reflection in pairs so the focus of these practices provide significant learning in every student. With this research, we want to essentially understand and describe the relationship between the promotion of successful learning and teaching collaborative work, offering particular emphasis on observation of collaborative pedagogical practices and the perceptions of students in the first cycle of basic education about the collaborative actions of their teachers. The results obtained show that the collaborative work between teachers influences positively for the educational success of students.
