Cooperar com os PAIS, um sinal da mudança dos tempos

Abstract

O estudo aqui apresentado, ergue-se assim de uma intervenção educativa conduzida pela estagiária ao longo de dois semestres, no contexto de jardim-de-infância, vivenciado no âmbito do mestrado em Educação Pré- Escolar no ano letivo de 2014/2015, com um grupo heterogéneo de 25 crianças com 3/4anos. Este trabalho, espelha o trajeto percorrido, ao longo do processo de intervenção, ao nível do envolvimento parental, em contexto de Jardim-deinfância, tendo este como objectivo principal, compreender a relação entre a motivação e o interesse das famílias em cooperar com o jardim-de-infância, através da criação e desenvolvimento de um clima de apoio e de sensibilização efectuado no âmbito do projeto de sala. No desempenho das nossas funções enquanto futuros educadores de infância, torna-se fulcral identificar situações para melhor intervir, minimizando as dificuldades e necessidades sentidas pelas crianças e pelas suas famílias, focalizando e identificado as mais distintas problemáticas, procurando as solucionar, na medida do exequível, contribuindo para o bem-estar da criança e, se possível da própria família. No âmbito do estudo realizado proporcionamos algumas actividades que procuraram promover a cooperação entre escola-família. Neste sentido, este trabalho apresenta e explana as diferentes estratégias utilizadas para melhorar a comunicação e favorecer a participação dos pais. Sucintamente, este trabalho de investigação faz uma reflexão de toda a prática vivenciada, acarretando consigo todas as dificuldades que esta experiencia proporciona. Sustentando-se fundamentalmente num enquadramento teórico aqui também apresentado. De todos os momentos vividos ao longo deste estágio surgiu uma problemática que intitulei de: Cooperar com os pais um sinal da mudança dos tempos. Inicialmente, foi necessário conhecer o grupo intrinsecamente para compreender de que forma este tema poderia ser abordado e rapidamente se tornou claro, que o mesmo era um elo que fazia a ponte entre escola-família.

The study presented here, stands well of an educational intervention conducted by an intern over two semestres, in the context of kindergarten, lived under the master's degree in Preschool Education, the school year 2014/2015, with a heterogeneous group of 25 childrem of ¾ years. This work reflects the traveled path along the intervention process at the level of Parental Involvement in a kindergarten context, taking this as main objective to understand the relationship between motivation and interest of families to cooperate with the kindergarten, through the creation and development of a climate of support and awareness-raising carried out under the project (room). In carrying out our duties as future kindergarten teachers, it is crucial to identify situations to better intervene, minimizing the difficulties and needs experienced by children and their families, focusing and identified the most distinct issues, trying for the resolve in where possible, the child's wellbeing and if possible of their own family. Under the study we provide some activities that sought to promote cooperation between the school-family.In this sense, this work presents and explains the different strategies used to improve communication and encourage the involvement of parents. Briefly, this research work in a reflection on all practice experienced, bringing with it all the difficulties that this experience provides. Fundamentally it is holding a theoretical framework presented here too. Of all the moments experienced during this stage arose a problem that titled the: Cooperate with parents a sign of changing times. Initially, it was necessary to know the intrinsically group to understand how this issue could be addressed and it quickly became clear that it was a link that was the bridge between the schoolfamily.
