Gestão da disciplina : um desafio a refletir na formação do docente generalista

Abstract

Segundo as Orientações Curriculares para a Educação Pré-Escolar, esta é considerada a primeira etapa da educação básica no processo de educação ao longo da vida, devendo ser complementada através da participação de todos os intervenientes, incluindo os familiares, favorecendo deste modo, a formação e o desenvolvimento ponderado da criança. Sendo o 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico a etapa seguinte, o profissional da educação deve promover a continuidade entre estas duas valências. Deste modo, o presente relatório apresenta uma breve descrição sobre o desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional da estagiária, durante as intervenções realizadas nos dois contextos educativos. Ao longo de todo o processo, foram realizadas várias pesquisas sobre autores de grande renome de forma a poder sustentar a prática educativa, permitindo a construção de uma base de conhecimento. Foi também essencial, refletir sobre o papel que o educador/professor deve assumir durante a sua intervenção, devendo promover oportunidades de aprendizagem num envolvimento estimulante e encorajador, tendo em consideração todos os aspetos do desenvolvimento da criança e todas as etapas do processo educativo relativo à observação, ao planeamento, ao intervir e ao avaliar, promovendo e valorizando a aprendizagem ativa da criança. Existiu ainda, a necessidade de se realizar uma investigação de natureza qualitativa de carácter predominantemente intensivo, com recurso a objetos de estudo, permitindo uma melhor reflexão sobre todo o percurso desempenhado e sobre as suas ações. Por último, é apresentado no relatório uma conclusão do trabalho, realçando todos os aspetos importantes da experiência enriquecedora, pois foi sem dúvida fundamental na aquisição de competências necessárias para o exercício da profissão. According to the Curriculum Guidelines for Preschool Education, this is considered the first stage of basic education in the process of education for life and must be complemented by the participation of all involved, including family members, contributing in this way for the balanced formation and development of the child. Being the 1st Primary School the next step, the professional of education should promote the continuity between these two valences. Thus, this report presents a brief description of the personal and professional development of the trainee during the interventions in both educational contexts. Throughout the process, several researches on renowned authors were made in order to be able to support educational practice, allowing the construction of a knowledge base. It was also essential to reflect on the role that the educator / teacher must have during his work promoting learning opportunities in a stimulating and encouraging involvement, taking into consideration all aspects of child development and all stages of the educational process on the observation, planning and intervening when evaluating, promoting and enhancing the child's active learning. There was also a need to conduct a qualitative investigation of predominant intensive character, using objects of study, allowing a better reflection on the entire route and the part they played on their actions. Finally, it is presented in the report a conclusion of the work, highlighting all important aspects of the rich experience it was, because it was undoubtedly important in acquiring the necessary skills for the profession.
