O percurso da rádio : do analógico ao virtual

Abstract

Este trabalho foi realizado no sentido de melhor compreender o percurso da rádio desde os seus primórdios, até aos nossos dias. Pretende salientar a influência que todo o percurso desafiante de evolução do sistema de transmissão electromagnético, teve na criação da rádio digital e rádio online. Nomeadamente a importância que a envolvente sócio-cultural e o desenvolvimento tecnológico ao longo dos tempos teve na forma como se fizeram conteúdos de emissão radiofónica e na forma como tecnicamente se realizavam transmissões, numa perspectiva evolutiva até à actualidade. Tentamos neste trabalho, transmitir a evolução da rádio, começando pela sua criação até ao seu mais recente “formato” com o aparecimento da Internet.

This work was conducted in order to better understand the development of radio from its beginnings to the present time. It aims to emphasize the impact of the challenging evolution of the electromagnetic transmission system on the conception of digital and online radio, namely the importance which the socio-cultural conditions and technological development had not only to radio contents, but also to the way transmissions were technically have been done throughout history. In this project we try to convey the evolution of radio from its very beginning to its most recent format, originated in the Internet.
