Complexidades de um professor/educador generalista, promovendo o trabalho cooperativo

Abstract

O presente relatório surge no âmbito do estágio profissionalizante do Mestrado em Educação Pré-Escolar e Ensino do 1ºciclo do Ensino Básico, sendo este o relatório de Estágio II em Educação Pré-Escolar e 1ºciclo do Ensino Básico. Na instituição, onde foi realizado o estágio em Pré-Escolar, uma das intencionalidades educativas que norteou a intervenção, no estágio profissionalizante em Educação Pré-Escolar, foi o envolvimento das crianças nos Projetos lúdicos. Nesse sentido realizou-se um estudo de cariz qualitativo, para compreender melhor esta participação, e se estas estariam ao nível do trabalho cooperativo, para perceber “Em que medida o projeto lúdico da sala pode incentivar/promover o trabalho cooperativo entre as crianças?”, deste modo deu-se início a uma série de etapas e processos para o desenvolvimento da investigação. No 1ºciclo do Ensino Básico o estágio decorreu numa turma do 4ºano do Ensino Básico onde verificamos que a colaboração estre os alunos era muito pouco ou inexistente, contudo achamos perentório proporcionar e implementar momentos em que o trabalho cooperativo fosse visível e presente na vida destes alunos. Também será descrita a prática desenvolvida com o grupo de crianças de quatro anos e a turma do 4ºano do Ensino Básico, pretendendo confrontar as práticas realizadas, as suas diferenças e as suas dificuldades com a fundamentação teórica de diversos autores.

This report comes in the vocational stage of the Master in Preschool Education and Basic Education 1st cycle of education, which is the Stage II report on pre-school education and 1st cycle of Basic Education. In the institution, where was held the stage in Preschool, one of the educational intentions that guided the intervention, the work experience in Pre-School Education, was the involvement of children in playful designs. In this sense there was a qualitative nature study, to better understand this participation, and whether these would be at the level of the cooperative work, to realize "To what extent the playful design of the room can encourage / promote cooperative work among the children?" So a series of steps and processes for the development of research, was initiated. In the 1st cycle of basic education the stage took place in the 4th year of basic education class where we find that linkage among the students was very little or nonexistent, however we thought it would be good to provide and implement times when the cooperative work was visible and present in the lives of these students. It will also be described the practice developed with the group of children that are four years old and the class of the 4th year of basic education, intending to confront the practices carried out, their differences and the difficulties with the theoretical foundation of several authors.
