Construção da profissionalidade, um ensaio interdisciplinar e reflexivo, rumo à estreia como docente generalista

Abstract

O presente relatório de estágio dá conta de todo um processo de formação e intervenção nos contextos de 1º e 2º Ciclo do Ensino Básico. Sendo um percurso de constante aprendizagem contempla o trabalho elaborado com duas turmas diferentes, uma de 3º ano e outra de 6º ano de escolaridade. A pertinência do título tem a ver com o tipo de perfil a que nos candidatamos – docente generalista, este, sendo um profissional que atua em várias áreas consegue dar resposta a diversos desafios interligando e fazendo uso da interdisciplinaridade para favorecer a aprendizagem dos alunos. A atitude reflexiva é também um dos princípios fundamentais de qualquer docente, pelo que será feita uma reflexão de todo o trajeto e evolução que esteve por de trás da intervenção em estágio. Tratando-se de um ensaio, uma vez que nos encontrámos perante turmas conduzidas por outros professores, marca o desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional enquanto estudante rumo à profissão docente. A dinâmica de continuidade entre os ciclos, a articulação e sequência das aprendizagens são exigências que se colocam a um docente generalista. E portanto, este documento explicita os pressupostos e exigências que estão implicadas na formação e intervenção do docente generalista, fazendo um confronto com os vários autores que se ocupam da investigação ao nível da educação. ABSTRACT This trainee-ship report gives an account of the whole process of training and intervention in the contexts of 1st and 2nd cycle of basic education. Being a constant learning path, it includes work developed with two different classes, one of 3rd year and another of 6th grade. The relevance of the title have to do with the type of profile that we aply for - teaching generalist, this being a professional who works in several areas can respond to various challenges connecting and making use of interdisciplinary to promote student learning. The reflexive attitude is also one of the fundamental principles of any teacher, so there will be a reflection of the entire path and evolution that was from behind the intervention of the trainee-ship. Beeing a test, we met before classes conducted by other teachers, it marks the personal and professional development as a student towards the teaching profession. The dynamics of continuity between cycles, the articulation and sequence of learning are demands on a teaching generalist. Therefore, this document explains the assumptions and requirements that are involved in training and teaching generalist intervention, making a confrontation with various authors dealing with research in education.
