4.2 Leitura: boas e novas práticas possibilitadas pelas novas tecnologias aplicadas à educação: motivando o aluno do século XXI

Abstract

O presente trabalho relata um conjunto de experiências de incentivo à leitura desenvolvido em conjunto por professores com alunos do 1º. e 2º ciclos do Ensino Básico de Portugal, Brasil e França. As leituras de obras diversas de autores da lusofonia que escrevem para crianças e jovens, foram realizadas em contexto presencial em sala de aula, reunindo professores de Língua Portuguesa e respetivos alunos. A partir da leitura e debate das obras, uma série de atividades eram postas em prática, sempre em torno dos aspetos mais relevantes de cada capítulo dos livros, momento em que docentes de outras áreas do conhecimento como artes, língua inglesa, música se envolviam. O produto deste trabalho passou e continua sendo até ao presente momento compartilhado num ambiente virtual, suportado atualmente pela ferramenta Wordpress o que possibilita a construção de significados entre os intervenientes dos três contextos.

The present paper reports on a set of promotion of reading experiences that were developed in partnership by teachers with students from the 1st and 2nd cycles of Basic Education in Portugal, Brazil and France. The readings of selected works of authors who write in Portuguese for children and youths took place in attendance context in the classroom, bringing together Portuguese Language teachers and their respective students. From the reading and discussion of the works, a series of activities were put in place, always focusing on the most relevant aspects of each chapter of the books, a time when teachers from other knowledge areas like Arts, English and Music involved themselves. The result of this work was, and still is, shared in a virtual environment, currently supported by the Wordpress tool, which makes possible the construction of meaning between the participants of the three contexts.
